Field Sales & Door to Door Representative

**What's The Role**
The D2D Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting all the Company’s products and services for the consumer segment. Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets by providing the best-in-class sales experience with each customer, providing them with solutions and recommendations that will satisfy their telecommunication needs, creating positively memorable and outstanding service every time.
**What You'll Do**
+ Achieve established sales goals and targets using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, event setups).
+ Reconcile daily sales orders with cash/swipe machine receipts taken in and complete Logs, compile sales contracts and deliver at the end of each day.
+ Keep accurate documentation of sales orders.
+ Work independently or with a team to promote the sale of Flow’s residential products and services within your assigned territory.
+ Develop “out of the box” sales strategies along with Supervisor of Field sales
+ Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
+ Meet personal and team sales targets.
+ Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest developments.
+ Report and provide qualitative feedback to team leads.
+ Utilize provisioning tools to manage customers’ requests and maintain customers’ account information.Performs all other duties requested as deemed relevant to the job or the organization and B2C commercial department initiatives.
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (preferably in commerce or sales)
+ 1 years of experience

+ Strong sales and persuasive ability
+ Knowledge of Telecoms Products
+ Self-motivated and driven
+ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Good deportment
+ Proven sales experience
+ Track record of over-achieving quota
+ Computer literate
