**POSITION SUMMARY**
Achieve customer specific sales targets and in-store visibility objectives by building a strong relationship with key contacts to optimise current opportunities while constantly finding new ways to grow the business. Strictly implement the In-Call Execution and 6C Selling customer management methodologies, getting the most out of funds invested in with the customer.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
+ Achieve customer specific sales targets for NPS & NNS and in-store visibility objectives, supporting the overall channel's goals. Ensure collections from customers and working within their respective credit limits.
+ Full awareness and control of stocks, especially in the back-store and be the first point of merchandiser supervision to ensure product rotation and eliminate bad goods / expiries. Walk each store with the merchandiser at least once per week.
+ Stores are adequately stocked with the relevant portfolio and all scheduled in-store executions done on time.
+ Close management of the customer's account with all investments and claims settled each month.
+ Bring Customer Points of interest to the Generating Demand team for development of additional opportunities.
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL**
+ First Degree: BSc. In Social Sciences OR 1 year equivalent experience;
+ Experience with supermarkets customers for FMCG will be an asset;
+ 1+ years of field sales experience.
