About the Role:
The Field Sales Coordinator will drive national sales execution while leading and coaching a team of 6–7 field agents. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this role blends team management, key account support, and high field mobility (approx. 60% of working time). You'll support the execution of retail strategy with national clients and lead initiatives around performance tracking, agent coaching, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and support a national team of field sales representatives. Act as right hand to the Country Manager in key account operations and negotiations. Oversee retail execution, field activity, and route optimization. Track and report on KPIs; suggest and implement performance improvements. Lead onboarding and recruitment for new sales team members. Monitor client satisfaction, stock issues, and overdue payments. Maintain field presence across national retail accounts (minimum 50–60% of the time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Sales leadership experience (including field team or Key Account Management). Proven success in FMCG, retail, distribution, or stationery sectors. Strong communicator and team motivator. Comfortable with KPIs, route planning, and hands-on execution. Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Fluent in English. Pragmatic, calm, and non-conflictual leadership style. Driving license (B-category) is a must.
