**Field Representative I, Fulfillment** **Position Profile**
Provides operations functions in a fulfillment center for one or more of the following areas:
+ Operates high-volume printing equipment (Segment 5) to produce large print jobs on a calibrated machine
+ Performs associated copying tasks
+ Ships and receives products and supplies
+ Sorts, distributes, and handles incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
+ Applies necessary postage
+ Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment
+ May also perform bindery, quality control, final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, reception, and other building support functions related to meeting setups and light maintenance
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Operates high-volume printing equipment and performs binding and finishing work
+ Sets up and runs all applications on all equipment
+ Ensures convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections
+ Clears paper jams and reports issues to technicians
+ Performs repair services on customer copier equipment
+ Maintains records for management reports and supply inventories
+ Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail
+ Calculates charges for jobs and maintains billing logs
+ Responds to and coordinates service calls
+ May perform filing duties per customer requests
+ Delivers completed jobs to designated locations
+ Maintains daily meter and service logs
+ May travel between customer buildings
+ Answers customer inquiries regarding job status or feasibility
+ Maintains copier areas in a neat and stocked condition
+ Handles shipping and receiving of materials
+ May assist with meeting and conference room setups
+ May support building occupant moves
+ May perform re-lamping and light maintenance
+ May perform occasional cleaning duties
+ May require periodic overtime, including nights and weekends
+ Uses various equipment including shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler, and scales
+ Uses copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter, and some PC functions
+ Performs filing duties including purging and archiving documents
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 2–3 years of related work experience
+ Experience in high production, mechanically sophisticated print environments preferred
+ Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage required
+ Ability to learn complex production and communication systems (e.g., client-specific mainframe applications)
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Working knowledge of copier and related equipment preferred
+ Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures
+ Basic electronics knowledge preferred
+ Ability to work independently and flexibly
+ Ability to determine correct packing methods and verify packing slips
+ Ability to comprehend mail delivery instructions
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to read and understand technical manuals and publications
+ Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills
**Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands**
+ Frequent exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, and temperature changes
+ Potential for paper cuts and other minor injuries
+ Exposure to various weather conditions when walking between buildings
+ Daily contact with customers, employees, managers, and dispatch; occasional contact with vendors and repair personnel
+ High stress levels due to tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
+ Physical effort may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and pushing/pulling machines up to 400 lbs.
