Position Summary
Serves as a liaison between members and participating repair and roadside service facilities to ensure services are delivered in alignment with organizational quality standards as well as federal, state, and local regulations. This role ensures that approved facilities follow sound business and repair practices, uphold the program code of ethics, and appropriately resolve or arbitrate service related claims and disputes. Responsibilities include inspecting current and prospective facilities to verify that tools, equipment, and personnel meet all required quality standards. The position also focuses on developing, expanding, and strengthening the independent contractor network to ensure roadside service coverage is reliable, consistent, and able to meet member needs. This role supports communication, continuity, and issue resolution between operations teams, members, independent contractors, and approved repair facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct interviews, inspections, and briefings with prospective facilities.
• Prepare and present documentation for review and potential approval of new facilities.
• Coordinate and conduct contract signings for approved repair and roadside service facilities.
• Complete annual inspections of roadside service facilities and quarterly inspections of approved repair facilities as assigned.
• Monitor and support approved facilities to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Promote program enhancements by engaging with local industry partners, government agencies, and public relations efforts.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance related to investigations, dispute resolution, and arbitration.
• Develop and communicate programs that strengthen roadside service operations.
• Assist independent contractors with resolving payment related issues.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of towing procedures and automotive repair.
• Coordinate service related information and issues with local branch leadership.
• Audit contractors to confirm ongoing compliance with insurance requirements.
• Develop and maintain the battery service network including training, performance evaluation, action planning, and establishing fixed site service locations.
• Develop and implement the national Roadside Problem Solving Technician training program for contractor owners and drivers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to support territory (Terre Haute - Lafayette - Kokomo - West side of Indianapolis)
- Good with Technology (computers, cell phones, apps,)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Operational within Automotive

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
