Field Reimbursement Manager
**Adecco is currently assisting McKesson in their search for a Field Reimbursement Manager in Florida (Remote).** This is a high-impact opportunity to support patient access and provider education within the retail drug space. Join one of the leading healthcare organizations in North America while enjoying the flexibility of a remote, field-based position. **Perks:** + Remote role (must reside in Florida) + Travel up to 80% (4 days/week) + Competitive pay: $52.88/hr - $55.29/hr + Weekly paycheck + Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses **Responsibilities:** + Provide education to provider office staff—both virtually and on-site—on reimbursement processes, insurance coverage, and support programs + Train healthcare offices on benefit investigation, prior authorization, and co-pay/patient assistance programs + Support case management, claims, medical necessity interpretation, and specialty pharmacy coordination + Track interactions and performance data in CRM, manage outreach, and report on territory trends **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + Minimum **8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience** + Strong knowledge of Buy & Bill, Medicare, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy + Experience using Hubs and/or the CoverMyMeds portal preferred + Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record will be run) + Strong presentation, documentation, and CRM skills + Must be able to travel up to 80% (by car or plane) + **No PTO or time off permitted between August and November** This role is being recruited for by our **Centralized Delivery Team** and not your local branch. **Pay Details:** $52.88 to $55.29 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
