Field Reimbursement Manager

**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide virtual and on-site education to healthcare providers on reimbursement challenges, benefit investigations, and support services
+ Educate on prior authorizations, Medicare/commercial insurance, and patient access programs
+ Support case management, claims processing, medical necessity, and collaboration with stakeholders
+ Manage outbound calls, field visits, and reporting through the internal CRM system to track program and territory performance
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Minimum **8 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement**
+ Strong expertise in Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and insurance verification
+ Experience with Hubs and/or the CoverMyMeds portal preferred
+ Exceptional communication, CRM documentation, and presentation skills
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record will be run)
+ Willing and able to travel up to 80% (by car or plane)
+ **No PTO or time off allowed between August and November**
This role is being recruited for by our **Centralized Delivery Team** and not your local branch.
**Pay Details:** $52.99 to $55.77 per hour
