**What the Role Is:**
The Field reimbursement Education Liaison will report to the Sr. Director Value Assessment & Reimbursement and is part of the US Vaccines Market Access team. SANOFI VACCINES, NORTH AMERICA created the Field Reimbursement Education Liaison role to engage stakeholders within the ecosystem of healthcare around our portfolio of vaccines. In this role, the Field Reimbursement Education Liaison will interact with large LOCs/medical groups to educate on vaccine coding and reimbursement, specific to the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio within the marketplace. This role will also be an expert on regional coverage and reimbursement for new product launches.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Excel at the communication of coding and reimbursement education for Sanofi Vaccines within the Large Organized Customer space engaging key stakeholders with executive level presence
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Reimbursement/Access for portfolio of Sanofi Vaccines; Expert in respective region of the country with emphasis on commercial landscape including communicating payer coverage decisions to regional field teams for new product launches
+ Consistently assess the marketplace for coverage and reimbursement issues impacting patient and provider access, identifying threats and opportunities, and adjusting strategy in response to changes and latest trends
+ Serve as a resource to Market Access and Reimbursement leadership team to analyze business environment and coordinate cross-team initiatives in process improvements and efficiencies
+ Establish positive and productive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external) including Specialty and Regional Sales
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 10 plus years of prior experience in account management, buy and bill reimbursement for a pharmaceutical company or as a provider in a revenue cycle (or similar) role
+ Consistently demonstrated success building and maintaining professional relationships
+ Exceptional communication skills, business acumen, strategic agility, strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities and abilities
+ Ability to work collaboratively with others and influence peers and educate management regarding account needs.
+ Inclusive and diverse mindset relating to team dynamics and culture
+ Excellence in demonstrating personal leadership and being a role model; aligning with company core values and Play to Win Behaviors: Act, Stretch, Think One Sanofi, Focus on Patients and Customers
+ Prior experience within a provider organization in a reimbursement role with demonstrated ability to impact and drive change and/or account management pharmaceutical sales
+ Reliable access to internet
+ Travel up to 50% of time
+ Bachelor’s degree
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ In-depth knowledge of buy and bill dynamics, vaccine marketplace, and skills in financial analysis / revenue cycle
+ MBA or other advanced degree

The salary range for this position is:
$144,750.00 - $209,083.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
