Minimum Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration strongly preferred but not required. Some college required.Minimum 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience required. Alternatively minimum 5 years of strong operational experience at a management level with demonstrated human resource experience at the field level (recruiting and employee relations experience where no HR person was on-site.)
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. Base salary range: $65-75kThis position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
