Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

+ Experience in managing high priority volume openings while triaging urgent requests
+ A training mindset for our hiring managers by providing market insights, calibrating expectations and influencing hiring decisions
+ Experience maintaining strong operational rigor within the ATS, job boards and recruiting workflows
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
+ Strategic thinking with the ability to see and work toward the bigger picture while driving daily impact
+ An excitement around campus partnerships, campus recruiting and market events as needed
+ The ability to identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and candidate experience

Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration strongly preferred but not required. Some college required.
+ Minimum 2 years of human resources or recruiting experience required. Alternatively minimum 5 years of strong operational experience at a management level with demonstrated human resource experience at the field level (recruiting and employee relations experience where no HR person was on-site.)
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
+ Base salary range: $65-75k
+ This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
