**Job Description:**
+ **Key Responsibilities:** As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for PG&E, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and Parsons' high standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:
+ **Project Leadership:**
+ Manage all phases of project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
+ Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
+ **Client Engagement:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for PG&E, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
+ Understand PG&E’s goals, priorities, and regulatory requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
+ **Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management:**
+ Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
+ Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ **Risk Management:**
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
+ **Reporting and Documentation:**
+ Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and financial performance.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
+ **Team Development:**
+ Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
+ Promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
Education and Typical Experience
+ - Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent work experience)
+ - 10+ years related work experience and
+ - 3+ years in a leadership role at a field site

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
