The Field Planner ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements, personnel competence levels and personnel availability.
As a Field Planner, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityHave a 5 years of operational Cementing/Coiled Tubing experienceHave people managing experience is beneficialHave experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles is beneficialHave proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives is beneficialHave strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Have minimum upper-intermediate Azerbaijani Russian and EnglishHave in-depth knowledge of oilfield products and servicesDemonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
