**Job Title: Digital Drilling Team Lead**
**Overview:**
The Digital Drilling Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, adoption, and performance of digital drilling solutions—including DrillPlan, DrillOps, and Drilling Data—across multiple customer projects. This leadership role involves managing a team of Digital Drilling Engineers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving continuous improvement in digital drilling practices. The Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, providing expert guidance and fostering strong relationships to maximize the value of digital technologies in drilling operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and mentor a team of Digital Drilling Engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
+ Oversee the deployment and integration of digital drilling tools across customer projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies that enhance digital adoption and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
+ Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored digital solutions.
+ Act as a liaison between field teams, software developers, and the digital organization to communicate enhancement opportunities and feedback.
+ Stay current with advancements in digital drilling technologies and industry best practices.
+ Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related discipline.
+ 10+ years of experience in drilling operations, digital solutions, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
+ Strong understanding of drilling workflows, technologies, and operational challenges.
+ Proven experience with digital drilling platforms such as DrillPlan, DrillOps, and Drilling Data.
+ Field experience in well planning, execution, or drilling operations is highly desirable.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
