Fueling your passion

As a Field Operator III, you will support and execute field operations in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. You will work closely with field leadership and team members to ensure operational readiness, service quality, and compliance. This role requires strong field experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices.

As a Field Operator III, you will be responsible for:

Executing field operations and service activities in line with approved procedures and work instructions.Supporting equipment preparation, setup, operation, and demobilization at field locations.Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving operational issues under guidance of field supervision.Completing required operational, safety, and service documentation accurately and on time.Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with company and safety standards.Collaborating with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery.Adhering to all Baker Hughes quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a High School diploma or a minimum of 1 year of relevant industrial experience. (Preferred)Have relevant experience in field operations, oilfield services, or an industrial environment.Have the ability to follow established procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.Have strong attention to detail and a safety‑focused mindset.Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team in field‑based environments.Have the physical capability required for hands‑on field work.Have basic computer skills for completing reports and operational documentation.Have to follow DOT regulations.
