Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Field Operator III to support pipeline operations in the Coyanosa Texas. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in pipeline systems, high-pressure gas, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with commissioning and decommissioning pipelines, and the ability to work independently in remote field environments.

Key Responsibilities Operate equipment and wells following safety and operational procedures Implement daily work objectives including housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security standards Participate in toolbox and safety meetings Monitor wells and equipment to identify optimization opportunities and ensure safe operations Perform basic maintenance tasks and function as Equipment Care Technician Report any issues with alarms or emergency shutdown systems Provide detailed shift handovers to ensure operational continuity Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities (corrective, predictive, and preventive) Maintain accurate logbook entries of operational events and abnormalities Collect samples and conduct basic field laboratory tests Participate in emergency response activities and incident reporting Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Diagnose well production issues and support Wellwork operations Ensure wellhead and surface equipment are maintained prior to intervention operations Basic / Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous experience as a Field Technician Strong oral and written communication skills High standard of safety, health, and environmental awareness Extensive knowledge of pipeline operations and regulations Familiarity with safety and operations management tools Understanding of emergency preparedness procedures Knowledge of project philosophy and design specifications Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an hour of the Delaware, TX area Preferred Qualifications Experience with pool operations Ability to work with minimal training Familiarity with Microsoft applications Previous experience in the Delaware Basin or similar field environments
