Join a leading company in the oil and gas industry as a Field Operator III, where your expertise in mechanical operations and compressors will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Role Overview

Implement daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security protocols. Participate actively in daily toolbox meetings and regular safety meetings. Identify and implement corrective actions through continuous surveillance of wells and equipment. Function as Equipment Care Technician, performing routine maintenance activities. Report any issues with alarm, emergency, or shutdown systems. Provide clear and accurate shift change information to ensure operational continuity. Coordinate and monitor maintenance jobs according to planning. Log all relevant operational events and abnormal situations. Take product samples for laboratory analysis and conduct field tests. Engage in emergency response activities and report incidents as per guidelines. Communicate effectively with the Operations Shift Supervisor regarding operational activities. Diagnose well production problems and maintain wellhead equipment. Support ongoing Wellwork operations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills. Extensive knowledge of compressors and pump operations. Strong communication skills (oral & written). High standards in Safety, Health, and Environmental practices. Knowledge of pipeline operations and relevant regulations. Familiarity with Emergency Preparedness Procedures. Understanding of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications.

Education & Experience

Completed secondary education with prior experience as a Field Technician. OG experience is a plus. Mechanical background preferred.
