Field Operations Team Lead - 1st Shift
**Schedule:** + 1st Shift **What you will do:** Provide leadership and expertise overseeing the fleet of drivers and vehicles in the final mile of orthopaedic implant and instrument pickups & deliveries. Maintain whereabouts of all persons and products they carry, ensuring compliance to DOT regulations. Implement processes which increase route optimizations and drive costs down. + Schedule vehicle maintenance appointments and maintain vehicle cleanliness + Maintain vehicle records, accident & injury reporting, as well as handling ticketing & fines. + Liaise with Leasing Companies to track vehicle assets + Partner with Dispatch in establishing efficient driver routes and tracking in approved systems as well as adhere to hospital pick-up & drop-off policies + Coordinate with courier services for supplemental services + Meet established fleet metrics (i.e. service levels, trips, distance, time, efficiencies) + Inspect incoming/outgoing products for compliance with surgical case requirements + Investigate complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies + Managerial duties including but not limited to: training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations **What** **y** **ou** **n** **eed** **:** Required + BS/BA in business or related discipline OR 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree + Valid Driver’s license with good driving record + Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed + Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs Preferred + Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment $66,100 - $102,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
