Summary:
The Field Operations Supervisor will be responsible for developing and fostering a customer-focused work environment that provides exemplary service to Stryker’s Sales force while delivering on key financial results for the business. In this role, you will manage a team of specialists who are responsible for performing inventory transactions and resolving inventory issues for the Sports Medicine Sales force. You will be the point of escalation for the Sales force and will work with cross-functional leaders to meet company objectives through the efficient use of field inventory.
What You Will Do:
Lead and manage a team of Field Operations Specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of field inventory requests for the sales force.Hire, train, onboard, and develop team members; forecast staffing needs and partner with staffing agencies to manage temporary employees and workload coverage.Create, track, and manage KPIs, conduct regular one-on-ones, address personnel issues with emotional intelligence, and complete mid-year and annual performance reviews.Optimize team performance by coaching, removing roadblocks, and driving accountability while ensuring data accuracy and consistent process execution.Own and standardize inventory request processes to reduce errors, deviations, and downstream impacts.Partner cross-functionally to support product allocation plans, recalls, inventory communications, and issue resolution.Serve as the primary liaison between sales representatives, sales leadership, agencies, and internal business partners to resolve field inventory issues.Represent the team’s processes and priorities in meetings and ensure inventory requests align with standard operational workflows.What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreePreferred:
Experience with SAP ERP systemsExperience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point$76,500 – $122,000 per year, plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
