In this warehouse-based role, you’ll be responsible for the processing, inspection, and coordination of surgical loaner kits used in the operating room. You'll train across multiple product lines, gaining valuable experience with high-quality medical devices that make a difference in patients' lives every day.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM position—perfect for someone looking to build a meaningful career in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop deep product knowledge across multiple lines through hands-on training to effectively support on-call responsibilities and surgical readinessInspect and prepare medical products to ensure they are free of damage, defects, or shortages, maintaining the highest standards for patient careProactively monitor and report stock wear or damage, helping to drive inventory accuracy and product availabilityAccurately stage and prepare products for scheduled surgeries, ensuring timely and precise delivery to clinical teamsCollaborate cross-functionally during service level investigations to identify root causes and implement process improvementsSupport FOMS compliance by assisting with documentation, process adherence, and quality assurance effortsLeverage inventory management systems to maintain real-time, accurate records of shipments, usage, and order processingPartner with management to ensure audit readiness, supporting a culture of operational excellence and accountability

What you need

Required Qualifications

High School diploma1+ year Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environmentValid Driver’s license with good driving recordDemonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment.  This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processesAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as neededAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Travel Percentage: 10%
