Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are looking for a Field Medical Advisor Hematology: The Field Medical Advisor (FMA) in Hematology is a strategically focused scientific partner responsible for fostering trusted relationships with hematologists and key opinion leaders involved in the management of hematologic malignancies. The FMA contributes to the development and execution of medical strategies that enhance the understanding of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Medicine’s hematology portfolio. By engaging proactively with external experts and internal cross-functional teams, the role supports the dissemination of scientific information, facilitates evidence-based discussions on value, and assists in addressing complex medical and scientific questions. The FMA also leads educational initiatives and scientific exchanges that reinforce J&J’s reputation as a credible source of innovative hematology solutions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Building strategic external partnerships with stakeholders + Manage and maintain positive relationship with Key Opinion Leaders. + Meet with scientific experts on a regular basis through F2F visits (at least 50% in field), educational meetings, conferences etc., + Gather experts insights and share them cross-functionally + Develop and execute Medical strategy for entrusted hematology portfolio + Increase understanding and added value of J&J IM hematology portfolio + Provide scientific support to internal stakeholders and external experts in response to clinical interest. + Support the sharing of knowledge to internal stakeholders e.g. through provision of trainings to help to ensure highest standards of therapy expertise in customer facing teams. + Provide insights around key brands and marketplace themes/trends etc. to CZ MAF team, CVT and CE&B HUB teams to help optimize brand/therapy strategy, decision making on current and future license indications and enable internal and external stakeholders to make informed decisions. + Building KOL advocacy for entrusted TA + Ensure strong collaboration within the country value team (CVT). + Analyze and understand competitive landscape in Multiple Myeloma and others. + Deliver scientific and medical content for medical advisory boards + Act as J&J IM speaker externally + Engage in constant dialogue to create value for patients, customers and J&J IM + Gather information to support the Market Access department (HEMAR) to ensure our products are presented in an appropriate way so that all appropriate patients benefit from them.
