Marketing Specialist We’re recruiting for a Field Marketing Specialist position with a premier financial service organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are a small field marketing solutions team of 3 supporting the ideation, management, and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, programs and services. If you’re a motivated individual with a professional Marketing background in an agency and/or the financial services industry, it could be the perfect fit. $32.50 M-F 8:30am – 5pm CT **Job Summary:** The Field Marketing Specialist will support the ideation, management, and execution of Field Marketing plans and programs/services within the Field Marketing Solutions team. This position requires a proactive approach to program management, marketing effectiveness/efficiency, tracking/reporting, and consultation with Home Office business partners and advisors to improve their ease of doing business. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Marketing Support:** + Collaborate in the ideation, management, and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, programs/services, communications, and materials. + **Program Management and Execution:** + Manage and execute marketing programs, inboxes, and/or campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery. + **Marketing Effectiveness:** + Track and monitor the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs/services to optimize outcomes. + **Field Enablement:** + Provide insights and recommendations to improve advisors' ease of doing business with Northwestern Mutual. + **Consultation:** + Serve as a point of contact for advisors and business partners, addressing their basic marketing needs and inquiries. + **Process Improvement:** + Analyze program processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. + Develop and implement strategic solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve back-end processes. + Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement. **Requirements:** Minimum Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing/communications, business or related field· Minimum of five years of experience in a professional marketing or communications setting: corporate, agency or financial services industry· Customer-Focus: able to respond in a timely, emotionally intelligent way to questions, complaints, requests for training, etc. Ability to style-flex based on audience· Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, comfort with managing digital platforms/storefronts, basic knowledge of Adobe Product Suite & graphic design fundamentals, familiarity with Zendesk and Bomgar a plus.· Business Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills when engaging our field force (platform users), internal stakeholders, and external vendors.· Relationship-Building/Influence without Authority: Ability to build credibility, negotiate, influence, and develop strong partnerships in matrixed organization across business functions and levels· Adaptability: thrives in an environment of ambiguity, innovation and ongoing change· Organization Skills: Demonstrated superior ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in fast-paced, independent and team environments· Critical Thinking: Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, listening, planning and thought leadership· Analytical Skills: Results-driven focus with ability to use data intelligence to influence decisions and refine strategies.· Curiosity/Experimentation: Innate desire to monitor the rapidly changing marketing and financial industry landscape to incorporate latest applicable trends and technologies.
