Field Marketing Specialist – Tampa, FL (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

The Specialist, Field Marketing works with the Manager, Field Marketing, to develop and execute Field Marketing support within their region. They demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability over their area, executing strategies and delivering results. As a key member of the team, they support the growth and success of retail stores through various marketing initiatives.

Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, including store events, community events, and experiential activations within their designated region. Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and conduct competitive shopping research to stay up-to-date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement. Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives within their region. Manage local marketing budgets and timelines. Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team. Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values in job performance. Some travel required

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Marketing, Required. Field Marketing experience, Preferred. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Work independently and in a team environment. Document management system. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain confidentiality. Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement. Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet. Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment. Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers. Display empathy, understanding, and patience with employees and external customers. Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $24-28/hr. Individual compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
