To accompany our exponential growth, Fortinet EMEA is seeking a Field Marketing professional in the IT Industry to help expand our customer and market footprint in Italy by focusing on brand awareness, lead and pipeline building activities.
Based in our Vimercate offices, this position will report to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and will be working closely with sales departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Senior Field Marketing Manager and Italian sales leadership to develop and execute marketing plans which drive pipeline, leads and brand awareness per country in line with the EMEA marketing strategy and the countries’ sales priorities Work with different Fortinet teams (e.g. EMEA Business Development, in-country Sales, and Demand Center) to ensure closed-loop lead generation process around direct marketing activities General coordination of the Italian region’s events such as end customer events and industry conferences. This includes the preparation and follow up for each event Creation of MDF Purchase Requisitions, invoices management and budget tracking Manage relationships with local agencies and track spend Assignment of leads to the relevant campaign and sales representative in Salesforce.com, track ROI on each activity Provide reporting and analysis on Field Marketing Activities Work closely with different Fortinet teams to create database segmentation Localization review (website, assets and press releases) and creation/translation of posts for Social Media Other duties as assignedProfile / Education / Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in IT Field in Italy Complete understanding and demonstrated track record across all tactics, with integrated marketing, communications, and PR tactics to drive the pipeline: digital campaigns, call out campaigns, event management, high-touch tactics, etc. Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and promotions to meet the revenue goals of sales teams Strong business acumen Ability to work cross-functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programs Ability to manage the planning and execution of programs in a deadline-driven environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, responsive, strong organization and communication skills Knowledge of CRM/sales/email automation systems and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting (SFDC or any other automation tool experience a plus) Good English language communication skills, both written and oral Proficient use of MS Office applications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related degree#LI-KM1
