Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire senior-level Field Marketing Contractors who can lead strategic, hyper-local marketing efforts in Tampa Florida. This role go beyond execution—they require autonomy, creativity, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving traffic and brand awareness at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies within a 3–5 mile radius of underperforming units
Build community partnerships with schools, youth organizations, and local businesses.
Plan and manage grassroots activations and events to increase traffic and sales.
Serve as the local face of the brand
Teach units best practices for local outreach and engagement.
Collaborate with units, market leaders, and joint venture partners.
Support regional partnerships and coordinate with PR agencies.
Manage budgets and leverage corporate marketing playbooks while identifying new local opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
7–10 years of experience in marketing (QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred).
Strategic thinker and hands-on executor, strong community engagement, ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
