Job Summary: 

To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.

● Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 

● Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers. 

● Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 

● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. ● Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers. 

● Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services. 

Customer Handling 

● Deal with all queries relating to product information. 

● Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products 

● Escalating complaints 

Administration 

● Capturing of information diligently/precisely 

● Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports 

● Dispositioning call outcomes accurately. 

● Escalating queries/complaints timeously
