On-Call responsibilities
Location: Roanoke, Virginia
What you will do
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments with hospitals, surgery centers, and transportation partners.Ensure all shipping documentation and data entry are completed accurately and on time.Communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, and hospital staff to support delivery and inventory operations.Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Assist in selecting efficient delivery options and performing basic vehicle maintenance and recordkeeping.Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling stock items.Monitor inventory accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking of consignment and shelf-life items.Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and participating in special projects as needed.What you need
Required Qualifications:
3 years of work experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a related field such as Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
