Field Logistics Coordinator/Regional Driver
**Schedule:** 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 10am - 6:30pm Overtime based on business needs On-Call responsibilities **Location:** Roanoke, Virginia **What you will do** + Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments with hospitals, surgery centers, and transportation partners. + Ensure all shipping documentation and data entry are completed accurately and on time. + Communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, and hospital staff to support delivery and inventory operations. + Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. + Assist in selecting efficient delivery options and performing basic vehicle maintenance and recordkeeping. + Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling stock items. + Monitor inventory accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking of consignment and shelf-life items. + Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and participating in special projects as needed. **What you need** _Required Qualifications:_ + 3 years of work experience + High school diploma or equivalent + Must possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions. + Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed. + Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. _Preferred qualifications:_ + Experience in a related field such as Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred. Demonstrated background in warehouse and inventory control within a fast-paced environment. + Associate's degree $25.54 – $33.68 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Posting date: October 30th, 2025 Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
