Working closely with the Managing Director and Nordic Management Team in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia, you will be instrumental in providing the Nordic countries with data-driven insight of P&L and operations, driving continued improvements for field activities through training and identifying and implementing appropriate processes and methods to improve cost management and increase efficiency, productivity, and profit growth.   In the role you will: + Take leadership for Otis Field KPI´s and drive functional leadership to local field employees + Build team and routines to support Otis’ business model and synergies between the countries + Support countries to assure compliance with installation methods + Effective management of tooling & subcontractors in the region + Be a central point of contact and support to countries for special projects, liaison with factories dealing with technical and quality issues, and resolve issues with factories when they arise + Provide technical support     To succeed in this role, you should have: + 6-8 years of relevant experience + Strong leadership, strategic mindset and team building skills + Demonstrated experience managing and driving change + Ability to understand, analyze and use relevant data for Continuous Improvement efforts + Ability to generate interest from internal and external stakeholders + Ability to prioritize, take on new challenges daily, be detailed oriented, and make sound business decisions + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) + Experience working with Power BI (Preferred) Practical information: Preferably this role will be based within the Nordics, but we are open to discussing other options within Europe.
