Roles and responsibilities:

Iraq native. 28/28 rotation. Basra.

Reports to IM/IT lead Ensures project compliance to global IT policies Hardware configuration and provision (laptops, desktops, engineering workstations) Provide local desktop support Expedite software and hardware requests Provide hardware and software support Reporting, escalation and routing of IT incidents to global support teams Provide new starter IT induction and training Provide network drive access and security Manage site team project software subscription requirements Support MFD deployment (printer, scanner, copying facilities) Expediting hardware procurement activities and maintains IT stock levels Oversees IT asset registration and tracking Overall 5+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field About the Company
