Field IT Specialist
Position Responsibilities:  Provide on-site and remote technical Information Technology (IT) support, handling incidents and requests from customers based in the corporate office with exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service Demonstrate a drive for technological evolution, effective communication, and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts while resolving complex issues and implementing solutions Work with the IT Service Center and Help Desk to provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring that calls are responded to, diagnosed, and resolved quickly while updating outstanding tickets and adhering to operational and service level objectives Communicate investigation progress to customers, enhance their understanding of company desktop technology, and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of alterations and procedures on record Assist other IT team members with task completion while staying updated on technology trends, including Microsoft Office, and best practices to support effective problem-solving Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with desktop support. Strong understanding of information systems and business processes. At least 2 years’ experience supporting end users and systems, both on-site and remotely. Examples of some of the systems that the candidate will support are Win10, Citrix, MS Products, Managing MS Exchange 2007/2010 Salesforce, and A/D accounts. Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Demonstrable strong Customer Service experience. Any other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
