What you will do-
The Field Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across systems and physical stock in compliance with company policy. This role is responsible for reviewing and recording count adjustments within ERP. The Analyst also involves identifying discrepancies, conducting root cause analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and ERP systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure ERP accurately reflects results from field inventory counts and reconciliationsObtain proper approvals from all levels of management according to policyInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis, system audits, and communication with branch, finance, and financial compliance teamCommunicate variances with sales partners and facilities managementPrepare and maintain documentation for monthly cycle count audits, ensuring adherence to policiesCollaborate with internal and external auditors by gathering and providing required inventory documentationHelp monitor and analyze shrink expense, providing management with commentary on variancesGenerate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement. Ie. Variance Percentages, Dollar Variances, Branch / Location / Rep / Counter trends, etc.Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and controlTrack Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and reconciliation timeliness and report out to key stakeholdersBuild strong, cross-functional relationships to promote collaboration and problem-solvingContribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requiredTravel required to perform physical verification of process’sWhat you need-
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of additional experience required in lieu of degree - required1+ years of relevant experience in medical device operations or field inventoryStryker Oracle knowledge for Joint Replacement (JR) and legacy Stryker Trauma products/inventory - required.Familiarity with inventory cycle counting processes and audit requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI - preferredExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities$59,900.00 - $108,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
