As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for a Field Instrumentation Engineer who’s hands-on, curious, and ready to keep our plants running safely and efficiently.
🔧 What You’ll Do
As a Field Instrumentation Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for control and instrumentation systems across our regional plant network. Whether it's solving urgent breakdowns, leading preventive maintenance, or supporting shutdowns and upgrades-you’ll be critical to keeping our operations safe and efficient.
Your role will include:
Responding to plant breakdowns, troubleshooting C&I systems, and restoring operations
Performing preventive and overhaul maintenance, including site shutdowns
Supervising on-site work - ensuring safety, quality, and planning are top-notch
Supporting plant upgrades and implementing system modifications
Advising Plant Managers and collaborating with specialist engineers
Updating and improving maintenance procedures in line with technical best practices
Who we are looking for
☑️Completed formal instrumentation apprenticeship
☑️ 4+ years of field experience in control & instrumentation systems
☑️ Confident reading instrumentation drawings, logic diagrams, PLC/DCS configs
☑️ Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
☑️EU citizen/ passport and valid driving license
☑️ Willingness to travel regularly across Northern Europe
