What You'll Do:

Use the iInspector app to gather accurate data and capture high-quality images of static equipment Help organize inspection materials and prepare equipment for sale Contribute to smooth event execution by ensuring everything is inspection-ready Receive hands-on training and mentorship as you grow in the role

3 -5 Years of experience in related equipment industry environmentConstruction, Mechanical work or other hands on work environment Ability to work Independently in a fast pace environment Strong Attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic Technical proficiency with mobile applications and photography Valid Drivers license Ability to travel within designated areas for equipment inspection Ability to work outdoors 100% of the time. Use iInspector application to complete inspections for various equipment & inspection product typesCoordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspectionCreate strategic routes that drive overall efficiency for remote inspectionsNavigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklist that drive content accuracyMake equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describeAction inspection type upgrades or downgrades to align with equipment condition when warrantedCommunicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issuesNavigate and resolve technical concerns related to iInspector app and inspection content processingOrganize daily tasks in a manner that drive effective sale processing for multichannel productsResponsibilities includes acting as a lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales and acting as a mentor for junior-level inspectors.Support auction day activities as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition to Base salary and benefits package the role qualifies for production incentive pay of up to $4,000 Quarterly.
