Field HSE Supervisor

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our efforts in Health and Safety, Training, and Quality at our site. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nOversee and promote health and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in health and safety practices.\nMonitor quality control processes to maintain high standards in operations and services.\nConduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety and quality.\nPrepare reports and presentations on health and safety metrics, training effectiveness, and quality assurance.\n\n

Successful Supervisor will need to be flexible to ensure strong communications on all shifts as the site is a 24/5 along with Week-end work shifts.

Job Description


Coordinates planning, administration, training, and enforcement of facility’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program to ensure compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.Identifies hazards and assesses risk to HSE, involving individuals to identify the appropriate safety controls, and providing advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.

Promotes occupational health and safety awareness throughout assigned facility.Conducts ongoing safety inspections of facilities, operations, and equipment to ensure compliance and safe working environment for associates.Monitors and enforces compliance to regulatory and company requirementsImplements standard HSE support using common tools provided by the Operations Excellence HSE TeamConducts all necessary HSE Training, including new hire safety training and all other on-site trainings required for both hourly and management associatesReviews SOP and observes site roles being performed to Develops Job Safety Analysis for each role within assigned siteFacilitates incident investigations, root cause analysis for sites. Presents findings to Safety Manager and/or Functional Safety team to partner on corrective actions.Assists the Regional and or Campus HSE Managers with Safety Improvement Plan Implementations when necessaryAssists the Regional or Campus HSE Manager with start-ups, as necessaryMonitors and provides expertise and assistance on the Logics Incident ModuleIdentifies improvement opportunities for their site and supports the continuous improvement processesActively participates on assigned teams and/or projects, including site Health & Safety Committee and process improvement initiatives.

Required Education and Experience

Associates degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field or equivalent experience (1-3 years of direct/dedicated safety experience), requiredBachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field, preferred1-3 years of safety experience, requiredSupply Chain knowledge, preferredKnowledge of CCOHS and other regulatory requirements, required
