**Job Title: Field Mechanic (Travel, Per Diem, and Lodging)** **Job Description** This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in heavy equipment mechanics, including the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic machinery used for post and foundation preparations. + A valid driver's license is mandatory. + All travel is prepaid- flights, hotels, and rental truck are booked and prepaid - nothing is paid out of pocket + $80/day(560/week) per diem for ME&I. + Rotation home is every 3 weeks for the weekend. (Example: Friday afternoon flight home, home Friday night- home Saturday and Sunday, Return flight on Monday) + Fully paid travel days + Major holidays paid **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic machinery, including post pounding and drill rigs. + Perform Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting and repairs on heavy equipment. + Use a multimeter for diagnosing electrical circuits. + Conduct valve repairs and heavy equipment maintenance. + Engage in stick welding and PLC troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with multimeter, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Experience with heavy equipment and diesel machinery. + Knowledge of CANBUS systems and hydraulic troubleshooting. + Competency in circuit diagnosis and electrical repairs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in valve repair and maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Experience rapid growth and career advancement opportunities in a company that values its employees.
