We are currently looking for a Field Go-To-Market Leader - Travel & Retail to join our Travel & Retail Business Unit within the Commercial Department.
Your Purpose
As a Field Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader - Travel & Retail you will act as a strategic partner to the Travel & Retail Business Unit Manager (BUM), contributing to long-term strategic planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence. You will co-lead the development and execution of channel plans, coordinate internal teams, and manage commercial relationships with key stakeholders. You will serve as a true copilot in terms of business performance, enabling agile responses to market dynamics, and ensuring alignment across the entire organization.
Your Day-to-Day
Collaborate closely with Operation, Commercial Planning, Marketing and other cross functional teams to develop commercial initiatives and activation mechanics to support and accelerate growth.Consolidate and coordinate the end-to-end planning process, ensuring alignment between Area Leaders, stakeholder agreements, business objectives and market conditions.Manage and grow priority key accounts, achieving sales targets while identifying and converting new business opportunities into high potential areas.Engage key commercial partners through structured engagement activities, fostering strong relationships and building long-term advocacy for the Business Unit.Lead the allocation of budgets and commercial agreements ensuring optimal performance.Conduct in-depth performance and financial analyses in case of deviations, identify root causes and support the definition and execution of corrective action plans.Monitor key KPIs and provide regular updates to the management team.Collaborate with Field GTM Managers of other Commercial Business Units to maintain a strong feedback loop between regions and central teams.Lead assigned strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.Act as a key point of reference for internal stakeholders, representing the BUM and the Business Unit in cross functional forums.
Who We’re Looking For
Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields.At least 4 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, or cross functional project roles; experience in project management is a strong plus.Strong negotiation, planning, organizational and end-to-end operational management skills.High proficiency in data analysis and KPI interpretation.Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including Travel Retail Channels (airport, highway and other travel environments).Ability to prepare structured reports, presentations and executive summaries for leadership teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong influencing abilities and indirect leadership capabilities.Strong problem-solving mindset, solid decision-making skills and a continuous improvement approach.High level of accuracy, attention to detail and a structured way of working.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of modern technologies and AI-based tools.Previous experience in stakeholder management.Availability to travel throughout the country is strictly required.
Location: Flexible location within Italy, with nationwide travel required.
Contract: Permanent.
