We are currently looking for a Field Go-To-Market Leader - Hybrid & Digital to join our Hybrid & Digital Business Unit within the Commercial Department.

 

Your Purpose

As a Field Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader - Hybrid & Digital you will act as a strategic partner to the Hybrid & Digital Business Unit Manager (BUM), contributing to both long-term planning and daily operational excellence. In this highly cross-functional role you will consolidate regional/national planning, support key business decisions and ensure seamless coordination within the Business Unit. You will serve as a co-pilot in driving performance, enabling agile reactions to market dynamics and ensuring alignment across the organization.

 

Your Day To Day

Consolidate and coordinate the regional planning process working with Area Leaders to align plans with business objectives and market dynamics.Support the BUM in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations.Lead the allocation of budgets and resources across territories to optimize business performance.Monitor budget utilization and performance and propose adjustments to maximize ROI.Conduct performance analysis when results deviate from targets and identify root causes.Support the definition and execution of corrective action plans.Monitor key KPIs and share regular updates with management.Collaborate with the Field GTM Manager to maintain an effective feedback loop between regions and central teams.Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of GTM strategies.Lead assigned projects ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.Act as a point of reference for internal stakeholders representing the BUM and Business Unit in cross-functional forums.

 

Who we’re looking for

Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or related fields.At least 4 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations or cross-functional project roles; project management experience is considered a plus.Strong ability to plan, organize and manage end-to-end operational and cross-functional activities.Proficiency in data analysis and KPI interpretation.Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.Ability to prepare structured reports, presentations and executive summaries for leadership teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead indirectly.Strong problem-solving attitude, decision-making capabilities and orientation toward continuous improvement.High level of accuracy, attention to detail and a structured working approach.Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.Availability to travel throughout the country is strictly required.

 

Location: Rome (Italy), with frequent travel across the national territory.
Contract: Permanent.
