THE OPPORTUNITY

The Field Finance Intern willhave the opportunity towork with our Finance, Ops, Accounting, and other cross functional teams to help analyze financial data andassistin making strategic decisions.In addition tothisopportunitythey will have the opportunity to learn andassistwith monthlyKPI reportingandconduct ad hoc financial data analysis through financial modelingused todrive insights into the restaurantperformance. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job duties will include but are not limited to: 

Exposure to financial analysis, strategic finance, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, analytics, technical accounting, and new business launches

Build financial / accounting skills and leverage learnings to take on guided project(s)

Ad-hoc financial and non-financial analysis 

Ongoing performance analysis compared to plan & forecast

Identifying & pursuing opportunities for increased profitability or efficiency

Support Operations and Finance teams to bring the team’s strategic vision to fruition

Support Field Finance, FP&A andFacilitiesteams on ad hoc financial analyses

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Currently earning a degree inFinance, Economics, or Accounting

Possess excellent analytical, quantitative, written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills

Have exceptional Excel skills and technical aptitude for systems and applications

Have an intellectual curiosity andstrong desireto learn

Be able to troubleshoot, research test, and resolve systems issues

Effectively manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

Manage financial data in a confidential and professional manner

Inventory and/or labor management experience in the restaurant industry is a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $25 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/ oreducation. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
