Job Overview:
The Field Executive will be responsible for executing primary healthcare market research activities in the field by identifying, approaching, and engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, caregivers, and other relevant stakeholders in line with study requirements. The role ensures accurate and high‑quality data collection while adhering to study objectives, ethical guidelines, compliance standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field & Data Collection
Recruit eligible respondents based on pre‑defined screening criteria.Conduct face‑to‑face, virtual, or telephonic interviews, surveys, or other primary data collection activities with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists), patients, caregivers, or other respondents as per project guidelines.Moderate qualitative in‑depth interviews (IDIs) in accordance with discussion guides and research objectives.Administer questionnaires accurately using paper forms or online data collection tools.Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of collected data at all stages of the fieldwork.Study Compliance & Ethics
Strictly follow PMR activity protocols, timelines, and quality standards.Obtain informed consent from respondents before conducting interviews.Maintain confidentiality of respondent information and comply with data protection and privacy regulations.Adhere to ethical market research practices.Project Coordination
Plan and execute daily project‑related activities efficiently to meet assigned targets and deadlines.Provide regular updates on field progress, challenges, and respondent status.Coordinate with project teams to address field‑level issues and ensure smooth project execution.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit timely and accurate field reports in line with project requirements.Promptly identify and escalate data quality issues, respondent rejections, or operational challenges.Support data validation activities, quality checks, and backchecks as required.Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Graduate in any discipline.Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare‑related background preferred.Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare market research, including project execution, fieldwork, and primary data collection.Skills & Competencies
