**Field Engineer/Surveyor** Ultimate LLC is looking to hire a Full Time **Field Engineer/Surveyor** for our Data Center Project **Located in Ellendale, ND** with **Trimble Total Station Experience** . The pay range for this position is **$30-$40/HR** (based on experience). **Ultimate LLC Key Responsibilities:** + Perform site layout work, create and check as-built drawings, and stake out clearing boundaries and reference points on site + Utilize surveying instruments such as Trimble total stations and GPS to measure distances accurately + Create 2D and 3D models to generate line work, stakeout points, and machine control + Interface with cartographers, civil engineers, and project managers to develop detailed design documentation + Perform construction site stakeout and must be able to read and interpret site construction drawings + Survey the site to gather information and precise measurements on geographic, hydrographic, and topographic features + Create digital maps and reports using GIS (geographic information systems) technology + Advise clients, architects, and construction managers of any on-site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary lines + Produce reports and subsequent deliverables based on the inspections from that day. + Attend meetings to coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to plan daily activities. + Process and review all acquired data to ensure it is accurate and reliable. **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:** + **Field Engineering / Surveying Experience Required** - i.e construction layout, topographic, land surveying, geodetic, geometric or geospatial works. + Experience with Trimble GPS instruments and/or Trimble Business Center + Happy to work alone or as part of a 2 or 3 person crew + Knowledge and working experience of 3D / BIM / BIM360 / Revit / Navisworks would be beneficial but can be taught if not + Confident in using Microsoft Office - Word & Excel **Benefits** + Healthcare options with contributions - medical, optical & dental + PTO + 401k with company match + Overtime available
