Responsibilities
Develop and manage schedules, execution strategies, and resource planning for the Electrical & Instrumentation package.Coordinate with design teams, vendors, construction teams, QA, and end users to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.Oversee FAT/SAT readiness and ensure all systems adhere to GMP, safety, and quality standards.Act as the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for all process-related queries within the Electrical & Instrumentation scope.Essential Skills
Expertise in construction, electrical, and project engineering.Experience in project coordination and capital projects.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of industry-specific experience.Proficiency in delta-v, construction management, project management, mechanical and electrical engineering, low and high voltage systems, and automation systems.Knowledge in design and GMP environments.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification in project management or a related field is a plus.Experience in the design and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems.Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget for capital projects.Familiarity with commissioning processes and automation systems.Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.Work EnvironmentThe role requires reporting to an overall Project Leader onsite, working 5 days a week onsite, with an anticipated project duration of 2 years. The environment offers opportunities to work on complex, high-impact capital projects with exposure to full project lifecycles, engaging in cross-functional teamwork across engineering, construction, validation, and client engagement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
