Field Engineer
Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the industry while contributing to the successful delivery of complex electrical systems. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure technical accuracy, timely procurement, and smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgetsReview and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittalsCoordinate procurement of materials and equipmentTrack and manage RFIs, submittals, and change ordersSupport field operations with technical documentation and issue resolutionConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plansCollaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate communicationMaintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout procedures

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in electrical construction or engineeringStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsFamiliarity with NEC codes and California building standardsExperience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software is a plusDegree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
