Field Education Associate Manager, Sports Medicine (Remote)
As a Field Education Associate Manager on Stryker's Sports Medicine team, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales teams and their customers with the knowledge and skills needed to win in the field. In this role, you’ll help shape the learning experience for a high-growth, high-impact business unit by designing and delivering training programs focused on surgical procedures, product knowledge, and commercial execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to create engaging, hands-on and virtual educational experiences that elevate awareness and drive confidence in our Sports Medicine solutions. You will also provide on-site clinical support at labs and educational events, helping to reinforce the best practices and ensure a world-class experience for both internal teams and surgeon customers. Candidates located in the Midwest are preferred.** + Develop and execute high quality product technology-focused programs for various HCPs and fellowships involved in Sports Medicine patient care + Provide clinical and technical support during hands-on training labs, surgeon education events, and internal training programs to ensure accurate and effective demonstration of Sports Medicine procedures and products. + Align with Sports Medicine marketing on product launch and life cycle strategies and build and execute programs to support their objectives + Partner with US Sales Leadership (multi-region responsibility) to develop targeted strategies to execute field based educational programs/activities in alignment with business objectives · + Manage and cultivate the field-based US Market KOL Program (KOL specialty, experience, service opportunity) + Identify opportunities for KOLs to support field-based, podium strategy, clinical engagements, virtual programs, and R&D needs + Manage strategy and process for KOLs and contracted speakers in partnership with the Professional Affairs team + Partner with the US Clinical, R&D, and Economics & Reimbursement teams on field-based initiatives and KOL strategy and utilization + Execute patient pathway education and optimization programs in alignment with sales management and business objectives + Build clinical and technical acumen through on-the-job training, educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and customer engagement + Maintain a high level of communication with Sales Management around program needs, key accounts and field activities + Maintain Quality standard in all aspects of work by adherence to compliance requirements and timely completion of all related training + Manage Operating Expenses within budget in coordination with business unit Finance Manager **WHAT YOU NEED:** **Required** + Bachelor's Degree + 6+ years of clinical, sales, or relevant experience in the medical device, medical education, or healthcare industry + 2+ years of Sports Medicine specific experience **Preferred** + Prior work experience as a sales representative in the medical device, medical education, or healthcare industry + Experience supporting surgical procedures or events in a cadaver or operating room setting $ **87,600** - $ **186,700** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
