Job details Spherion is looking for several Field Crew Technicians in the Huron-Redfield area to support a company's operations with the building of grain bins at designated sites.

Pay: $17/hour to start, potential to increase to $20 within 2-4 weeks, based on performance
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7am-6pm (6 days/week, 1 hr lunch), frequent overtime ...

-Must have a minimum of construction or manufacturing related experience

-Ability to lift 50-100# throughout shift
-Must be able to travel (day travel, overnights occasionally, hotel would be provided)
-Ability to work overtime (50-60 hour work weeks are common)
-Ability to handle repetitive tasks
