Help at Home is hiring a Field Coordinator Manager! 

Job Summary:

The Field Coordinator Manager will be responsible for managing all client and caregiver orientations and home visit requests, and ensuring they are scheduled and completed in a timely manner. They oversee and train the Field Coordinator team in an assigned territory.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees scheduling and completion of client and caregiver orientations, and home visit requests outlined in goals.Evaluate, monitor, and review all productivity metrics and KPIs that have been established for the Field Coordinator team within their assigned area.Collaborate with the Intake Team to determine the readiness of new client referrals.Participate in the hiring, training and development of the Field Coordinator team. Oversees communications with Field Coordinator team, including:Provides 2nd-tier response to clients and caregivers.Performs troubleshooting of complex issues.Responsible for cross-functional collaboration and communication with various departments, communicating regularly with them and sharing updates or opportunities to improve.Prepares and submits routine departmental reports as required.Handles client complaints and problems; documents and reports any significant issues to the appropriate Branch Manager or elevates issues for further attention or resolution as required. This position is a mandatory reporting position of any critical incidents.Maintains high standards of quality service:Promotes good communication and efficiency within the organization.Consistently maintains the confidentiality of patient/client and agency information.Follows HIPAA guidelines that are related to handling patient records.Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as with Company policies and procedures.Performs other job related duties as assignedThis description reflects assignment of essential functions, management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time that are not listed above.


Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience required.At least three (3) years of previous experience in health care.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Incumbent must have the use of an automobile in good working condition, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance compliant with Company policies.
