Job Description · Review engineering drawing packages and provide input on Owner’s needs and construction opportunities · Review outgoing proposal requests and incoming construction proposals and provide input · Act as Owner’s primary construction contact (day to day first point of contact) for contractor supervision and field team inquiries: o Site Specific Tours and general site awareness o Coordinate mobilization/demobilization (trailer placement, utility hook-ups, etc.) o Coordinate, issue, and monitor site permits (Silica, Asbestos, hot work, excavation, etc.) o Attend contractor safety, OHC, and toolbox meetings o Audit and review FLRA cards o Host construction progress meetings o Review construction schedules and monitor progress to mitigate delays o Owner’s representative for QC/QA requirements, Inspection and Test Plan sign off · Coordinate interfaces between Construction contractors and Nutrien safety, maintenance, warehouse, and operations team members: We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements o Enter Oracle Work Orders for internal labour when required o Develop and create Record Of Isolations and Confined Space permits in coordination with Cory’s lockout coordinator. o Participate in PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) process with Nutrien team for project completion and handover. Create and review project punch lists with Contractors for project completion.
