We are looking for site-based professionals with strong capability across civils, structural and architectural disciplines, available to join us on either a staff or contract basis.

Wood is looking for experienced a Construction Supervisor/Engineer to support the successful delivery of a long-term EPCm framework contract at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Ware, Hertfordshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a construction professional who thrive in a fast-paced project environment and enjoy taking ownership of site delivery. You'll play a key role in safely coordinating contractors, driving construction progress, influencing project execution, and supporting projects through construction, commissioning and handover.

Working within a live pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of CAPEX projects ranging from plant modifications and infrastructure upgrades to new installations, facility improvements, decommissioning and strategic investment programmes.

Projects will span a broad range of disciplines, providing varied and engaging work across:

Mechanical equipment and package installations Piping and process systems Electrical power and distribution systems Instrumentation and control systems Civil and structural works Architectural and building modifications Temporary works Facilities upgrades and utility projects Demolition, decommissioning and disinvestment projects Commissioning, start-up and operational readiness activities
