The Field Coach - Make-up will be responsible on develop and deliver training programs to ensure the highest level of client experience, product, selling skills training and education to the retail team of Sephora.

Training: Develop and deliver training programs ranging from product, technical skills, customer service and selling 

Skills training to orientation. 

Coaching on overall categories, hero SKUS, points of difference, and facilitate skill practices. 

Educate and coach service standard to ensure highest level of client experience 

Design and develop course materials 

Identify and address training needs for store teams 

Ensure the training needs are met and in-line with marketing plan and strategy 

Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback 

Formulate changes and adapt changes to training program and course materials 

Work with Sephora Education Manager to ensure successful delivery of core programs according to the training calendar  

 

Training Collaboration:  

Design and develop workshops to support new season launches 

Conduct in-store workshops 

Support brand partners activities to build staff engagement and knowledge of the key launches 

Support recruitment drives by hosting skincare consultation & demonstration sessions 

 

Training Administrative, Coordinating & Organizing 

Plan and communication training schedule 

Liaise with retail team and brand partners on training schedule 

Build and maintain successful relationships with Sephora retail team and brand partners 

Administer training, reports, records and claims 

Promptly response to all channels of training communication (LINE Official, Facebook)  

 

 

 

 

We would love to hear from you if… 

 

You have 2+ years of experience in training experience (conduct classroom training, in-store training, coaching or workshop) in the industry of Make-Up or Skincare  

You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure 

You have data-driven and result-oriented mindset 

You are able to build relationships with store teams, brand partners, leadership team, peers and other stakeholders 

Yor are flexible and supportive of business needs 

You have strong work ethics and are performance-driven 

You have strong communication and presentation skills  

You have excellent command of both spoken and written English & Thai 

You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) 

You are able to travel according to training and coaching needs
