**Job Description** Make real impact by helping patients adopt healthier habits, manage chronic conditions, and navigate care. In this field-based role, you’ll deliver primarily face-to-face wellness coaching, coordinate care, and educate patients on treatment plans and devices. You’ll ensure timely follow‑ups and support the flawless execution of IQVIA’s Patient Support Program. **Responsibilities** + Conduct face‑to‑face wellness coaching during weekly field visits across Egypt + Guide patients on healthy habits, treatment devices, and personalized care plans + Create and distribute health education materials (e.g., brochures) + Respond promptly to patient inquiries, following approved scripts + Report adverse events and quality complaints related to program products **Qualifications** + **Medical background (mandatory)** + Excellent verbal/written communication and counseling skills + Strong motivation, persuasion, and problem‑solving abilities + Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team + Fluency in **Arabic and English** + Advanced **MS Excel** skills **Location & Work Pattern** + **Egypt; field‑based with regular weekly travel** across governorates IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
