**Stellenübersicht:** Der/Die **Field Service Technician** ist verantwortlich für die Vor-Ort-Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messgeräten entsprechend den unterschiedlichen Kundenanforderungen. **Hauptaufgaben:** + Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch fristgerechte Durchführung der zugewiesenen Kalibrierungsleistungen. + Durchführung von Kalibrierungen beim Kunden vor Ort in der gesamten EMEA-Region. + Kalibrierung verschiedener Instrumente und Durchführung notwendiger Optimierungen zur Behebung von außerhalb der Toleranz liegenden Geräten. + Verständnis und Anwendung der Prinzipien und Techniken der Messunsicherheit zur Durchführung von 17025-akkreditierten Kalibrierungen auf Anfrage im Rahmen des Akkreditierungsumfangs des Labors. + Durchführung manueller und automatisierter Kalibrierungen sowie Justierungen von elektronischen Prüf- und Messgeräten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort. + Präzise Eingabe von Daten in unsere interne Asset-Tracking-Datenbank. + Erstellung genauer und effizienter Kalibrierungsprotokolle auf Grundlage von Gerätespezifikationen und genehmigten Kalibrierverfahren, mit minimaler Aufsicht. + Erstellung aller Dokumentationen zur Unterstützung der Kundenanforderungen, Berichte, ISO- und anderer Qualitätssysteme. + Kommunikation mit Kunden über Geräte, die repariert werden müssen oder nur eingeschränkt kalibrierbar sind. + Anwendung erworbener Fachkenntnisse sowie Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren zur Erledigung der Aufgaben. + Durchführung von Kalibrierungen mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität, PD-, allgemeiner sowie einiger HF-Messungen. + Durchführung grundlegender Reparaturen und vorbeugender Wartungen. + Häufige Funktion als primärer Ansprechpartner von Tektronix für den Kunden. + Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Verfahren des Qualitätsmanagementsystems bei der Arbeitsausführung. + Effiziente und ordnungsgemäße Ausführung von Laborunterstützungsaufgaben nach Bedarf. + Erstellung von Kalibrierzertifikaten und -etiketten für Kunden. + Grundkenntnisse der Kalibrierungsmanagementsoftware MET/CAL. **Qualifikationen:** + Staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Elektronik, Messtechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. + Mindestens 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kalibrierung elektrischer/elektronischer Prüf- und Messgeräte. + Fundierte Kenntnisse elektrischer Geräte und Kalibrierstandards. + Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie starkes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. + Sicherer Umgang mit Service-Management-Software und -Tools. + **Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich** , weitere Sprachen von Vorteil. **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
